Elevate OT was created from a shared passion for Occupational Therapy and years of working, learning and growing together as clinicians. Having worked alongside one another for many years, we have developed a strong understanding of each other’s strengths, clinical skills and approaches to practice. Over time, we recognised that by bringing our knowledge and experience together, we could offer something meaningful, a collaborative Occupational Therapy service built around genuine care, quality practice and the individual needs of every person we support.

Ashley is a versatile Occupational Therapist with clinical experience across paediatrics, adult care, and aged care. Known for his natural rapport building skills, he works closely with clients to help them achieve their functional goals. Ashley brings expertise in Assistive Technology (AT), minor home modifications and specialises in comprehensive report writing particularly Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs).

Jacel Sapno Occupational Therapist

Jacel is an Occupational Therapist who works with older adults and people with disability to make everyday life safer and more manageable. Her work spans aged care assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), Assistive Technology (AT), and home modifications. She takes time to understand each person’s routines, goals, and home environment, then recommends practical supports that fit their needs and help them maintain independence.

Roi Baliton Occupational Therapist

With around ten years of experience, Roi specialises in NDIS functional capacity assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. He has particular experience working with neurodevelopmental conditions, psychosocial disability, and complex daily living needs. His work also includes assistive technology assessment and practical recommendations that reflect each person’s circumstances. Roi brings a direct, collaborative approach to helping clients work towards their goals.
